Students from Bangladesh and India need a provisional residence permit, also called an MVV visa to fly to the Netherlands. The MVV visa has a validity of 90 days. Once the student reaches the Netherlands the concerned authority of the Dutch government, IND issues a residence permit for the duration of the study within the validity of the MVV visa without further criteria to meet.
